Try three questions

Three questions from the Slovenia bank, as you'll see them in the app.

  1. Is one column of vehicles moving faster than another on a road with two lanes in the same direction overtaking?

    1. Yes, it is always overtaking
    2. Yes, if the column drives faster than 50 km/h
    3. No, by law this is not overtaking
    Show the answer

Answer: No, by law this is not overtaking

The law expressly says that a faster column passing another on a road with at least two lanes in one direction is not overtaking. How fast they drive is irrelevant.

  2. Is it allowed to park in a second row next to already parked vehicles?

    1. No, it is prohibited.
    2. Yes, if the vehicle stays only a short time.
    3. Yes, if we switch on the hazard lights.
    Show the answer

    Answer: No, it is prohibited.

Parking in a second row beside parked vehicles is prohibited. Hazard lights do not change this.

  3. On a road with two lanes in the same direction where traffic is controlled by light signals, may you drive side by side with another vehicle?

    1. Yes, even if traffic density does not require it.
    2. No, side-by-side driving is allowed only in a queue.
    3. Yes, but only at night.
    Show the answer

Answer: Yes, even if traffic density does not require it.

Where traffic is controlled by light signals, driving side by side is allowed. At least two lanes must exist on the carriageway.
