We aim to reply within two working days. If you are reporting a problem, it helps to include your device model, its operating system version, and the country and licence category you were practising.
Reporting a question you think is wrong
If an answer or explanation looks incorrect, email us the question text (or a screenshot) together with the country and licence category. We check every report against the official syllabus and correct the question bank in the next update.
My progress has disappeared
RoadPrep stores your progress on your device only, so it does not follow you to a new phone and it is removed if you delete the app. Restoring the device from a backup that included RoadPrep restores the progress with it.
Resetting your progress
Settings has a Reset progress option that clears your answers, mistakes, bookmarks and mock test history. This cannot be undone.
Ads and privacy choices
RoadPrep is free and is funded by ads supplied by Google AdMob. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom you are asked for consent before any ad is requested, and you can change or withdraw that consent at any time under Privacy options in the app's Settings. Withdrawing consent does not lock any part of the app.
On iOS you are also asked separately whether the app may track you across other companies' apps and websites. You can change that later under Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
Studying offline
The app carries one demo bank. Every other country's bank is downloaded the first time you choose that country; once it is on your device, practice sessions and mock tests work without a connection.
Suggesting a country or licence category
We add question banks over time. Email us the country and category you would like to see and we will add it to the list.
